We are looking for a motivated and ambitious professional who wants to build a career home with us. Your technical knowledge and hands-on skills will be essential, but just as important will be your leadership abilities. With project teams, you will leverage those skills to build rapport and trust. You also may interact directly with project managers from the general contractor, and that will require a respectful, professional demeanor. If you're the person we're looking for, you know that conflict is a regular part of the job. Not only should you be comfortable dealing with conflict, but you should also enjoy resolving it.

We realize that there will be a learning curve as you come on board, but we'll also expect you to leverage your experience and expertise to start making contributions right away. The pace is fast and stress can run high at times. You should be the stable "anchor" for your teams in those circumstances, modeling a level-headed approach to working through it all. In general, as a leader, you should articulate common goals, clarify expectations, provide support and hold people accountable.
