This is a broad role and will continue to evolve moving forward. Your primary responsibility will be to support the President, and you'll support other executives as well. This may include typical administrative duties such as managing schedules and organizing meetings, as well as construction industry tasks such as submitting drawings and updates, ensuring change orders are processed correctly, and more. You also can expect to take on a steady stream of unique projects and assignments.

Other responsibilities may include:
  • Routing incoming calls and mail.

  • Processing expense requests.
  • Assisting with correspondence, internal communications and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Creating recurring and ad-hoc reports.
  • Helping plan company/employee events.
